Let's climb
mountains.

Not every problem I diagnose turns out to be a marketing problem.

Sometimes it sits in how the business runs, and sometimes in the offer itself. More often, it's in how the people running it spend their time and energy.

Training for triathlons and climbing mountains while working full time taught me that results and discipline aren't willpower.

They're an operating system, and systems can be diagnosed.

  • Website build

AI can build a website in an afternoon, and for a one-page brochure, that's enough. The magic wears off the moment your site has to do something. Builds start at $2,000, with an optional care plan from $150 a month.

What happens after the vibe coding session (6)
    • It looks finished, but nobody knows why visitors leave. Analytics and conversion tracking from day one.
    • Built in an afternoon, invisible for months. Search foundations in place before launch.
    • Leads land in an inbox nobody checks. Forms wired to the system or CRM your team actually works from.
    • A former employee still has admin access. Individual accounts, scoped permissions, and a clean way to revoke them.
    • A Friday edit breaks the contact form. Version control, a staging copy, and tested backups, so any change can be undone almost immediately.
    • Your host announces a breach. Documented credentials and a security baseline, so you know exactly what to rotate.

I build for those moments, then hand it over so you can run it without me. Or with me, on an optional monthly care plan.

    Optional care plan: from $150/month

  • Search visibility audit

You've Googled yourself and you're on page one. That's one search, from one place, one device, with your history attached.

Your clients search hundreds of ways: nearby towns, maps & GPS networks, voice, AI assistants, fan-out queries. This audit shows what they see, and what happens after they find you. $1,250 for a single-location business.

Credited toward our next step if you continue within thirty days.

    What the audit covers (5)
    • Page one for your name, nowhere for the problem you solve. Rankings for the searches clients actually use, not your brand.
    • A competitor you've never heard of owns the map. Your Google Business Profile against the three businesses above you.
    • An AI assistant recommends someone else. How AI answers describe you, and who they suggest instead.
    • Traffic went up. The phone didn't ring. Where visitors drop off between finding you and contacting you.
    • Nobody can say where last month's clients came from. Whether tracking exists at all: calls, forms, profile actions.

Automated audits hand you 200 issues. This one tells you the three that matter, in order, and what not to spend money on. Written in plain language, walked through on a call.

  • Website health audit

Your site works today. The question is what could break next, and whether anyone will notice. $500. Credited toward our next step if you continue within thirty days.

    What it checks (7)
    • The login page is public and the password is the company name. Who can get in, how, and whether two-step login and lockouts are in place.
    • A "spam" form submission was actually someone testing the door. The ways in: forms, logins, outdated components, and what each exposes.
    • It loads fine on your laptop and crawls on a phone. Speed on real devices, not lab scores.
    • A plugin hasn't been updated since 2023. Outdated software, known vulnerabilities, and who still has admin access.
    • Your certificate expires next month and nobody knows. Certificates, DNS, hosting, and renewal dates.
    • Google is indexing a staging copy. What search engines can see that they shouldn't.
    • Backups exist in theory. Whether a restore actually works.

A scanner lists warnings. This tells you what's fine, what's about to break, and what to fix first. If the list is long, it becomes the plan for a migration or a rebuild.

  • Website migration

Changing platforms, hosts or domains? Move your site without losing rankings, traffic and leads it took years to earn.

Includes URL mapping, redirects, before-and-after checks, and thirty days of monitoring after launch. Migrations start at $1,000.

    What's included (3)
    • The new site is visually stunning, but the phone stopped ringing. URL mapping, so every old page lands somewhere that still works.
    • The developer said redirects were handled. A before-and-after crawl that proves it.
    • Rankings dipped and nobody noticed for a month. Thirty days of monitoring after launch, with a weekly read.

FAQ

How do engagements start?

The most-traveled path starts with one diagnostic session on a specific problem. Ideally, you leave with a clear read on what to work on and what to do first.

From there, it sometimes evolves into a strategy sprint or ongoing advisory.

For audits, migrations or website builds, ask for availability and we'll scope it first.

Do you execute or only advise?

Both. Strategy and analysis are the core of what I do, and execution happens when it's called for.

I take on audits, migrations and website builds myself, by availability.

For projects that need a full team, I can embed with yours, or bring in Roda Digital, which I'm part of. And if neither of us is the right fit, I'll try to connect you with someone who is.

Do you work outside law, real estate and home services?

Yes. That's where most of my experience comes from, but the way I work transfers.

I've also worked with a regenerative medicine clinic, an educational community, a music industry e-comm brand and a wildlife conservation project.

What matters more than the industry is whether the project is building something I believe in.

What if it isn't working?

The diagnostic session is free if you don't leave with a clear next step.

Sprints have a checkpoint after week one; if it isn't working, we stop there and you only pay for the first week.

Advisory is month to month, with no long contracts.

Remote or in person?

Mostly remote. I've worked remotely for over a decade, mostly with US clients. I prefer working with teams on Central or Eastern Time, so our working hours overlap.

For the right project, I'm open to temporary travel or relocation, depending on scope.

English or Spanish?

Both. Calls, documents and deliverables in either language, whichever works best for your team.
